2. Personal Data Processed
When you visit the Site, the following data is processed:

- Analytics data: usage data collected via Google Analytics 4 — online identifiers (cookie IDs), pages viewed, device/browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

The Site has no contact form, sign-up or newsletter subscription, so identity/contact data such as name, phone or e-mail is not collected through a form on the Site.

- Providing the Site securely and performing its core functions;
- Ensuring information security and preventing misuse;
- Measuring visit statistics with Google Analytics and improving how the Site is used.
4. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2, on the bases of "compliance with the data controller's legal obligation" and "the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms". Both the transaction-security data for providing the Site securely and the analytics data for measuring visit statistics fall within this scope.
5. Cross-Border Transfers
Hosting: your Site data is stored on the Turkey-based servers of our hosting provider, Bulutova (bulutova.com), located in Türkiye. For hosting purposes, your data is not transferred abroad.
Google (Analytics and Maps): Google Analytics and the Google Maps embed in the contact section transfer your data to Google LLC (USA — abroad). This transfer is carried out under Article 9 of Law No. 6698 by way of appropriate safeguards (Google's data-processing terms / standard contractual clauses).
6. Method of Collection
Data is collected by automated means during your visit: server logs and strictly-necessary cookies, Google Analytics cookies/tag, and the embedded Google Maps in the contact section.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed; request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; request correction if incomplete/incorrect; request erasure or destruction under KVKK Art. 7; object to results arising solely from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
8. How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing to the postal address above. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest, in line with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller".
